New Song On Way By Mello Melanin

I just finished writing the rough draft to a new song I'm working on. I made a promise to write a new song in light of GURU from Gang Starr recent passing. Its not a tribute song but it is inspired by GURU because he put out so much music and he left a legacy for us to remember.

I'll let you know when I've laid it down to this beat I'm using.

Legendary Rapper Guru Will Be Missed

This is the first time I've blogged since the passing of Guru, one half of the legendary Hiphop group Gang Starr. I just wanted to go ahead and at least get my tribute started the right way. With that said, my goal is to complete a whole song including lyrics dedicated to Guru. Rest In Peace GOD!!!

Breaking News!! Guru In A Coma: Suffers Major Heart Attack - Global Grind

Yo, I just got this from Global Grind. Guru from Gangstarr has apparently been hospitalized for some heart trouble and is reportedly in a coma. I'll be following up on this one. Gangstarr is a crew I've looked up too since I was in high school when Manifest dropped. My prayers are with you GOD!!!!
